Every month I collect my period blood in a jar, I then find a place in nature so I can gift it to Mother.

My bleed accompanies me as I release the unwanted and unnecessary from my physical being, my returning it to the earth symbolises the release of those things from my energy field.

It is a simple ritual, one that brings me to nature, and it offers me renewal each and every time. Connecting womb to womb, we are not separate from the soil on which we stand.

Reclaim the holy nature of your menstruation.
