This work meets people at thresholds.

At the moments where something is shifting, ending, beginning, unravelling, or asking to be seen differently.

I do not offer quick fixes or performative spirituality.
I work with what is real, whether emotional, energetic, spiritual, or unconscious.

Some spaces are gentle. Some are confronting.
Both are necessary parts of transformation.

My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you meet yourself more honestly, navigate change with greater awareness, and move through these transitions in a way that feels grounded and true to you.

I came to this work through my own healing.

After years of disconnection, survival patterns and searching for belonging outside of myself, I reached a point where something had to change.

That led me into deep inner work, spiritual practice, and a path that continues to unfold.

Heart Medicine was born from that experience, a place where the heart can find its way home.

Not to fix you, but to support you in reconnecting with yourself.
