The Way I Work

This isn’t surface-level work.

I don’t offer quick fixes or vague spirituality.

I work with what is actually present, whether that’s emotional, energetic or unconscious.

Some sessions are gentle. Some are confronting.
Both are part of real transformation.

My role is to hold a grounded, honest space where you can see clearly, process deeply, and move forward in a way that’s aligned with you.

I came to this work through my own healing.

After years of disconnection, self-sabotage and searching outside of myself, I reached a point where something had to change.

That led me into deep inner work, spiritual practice, and a path that continues to unfold.

Heart Medicine was born from that experience.

Not to fix you, but to support you in reconnecting with yourself.
