I am committed to providing exceptional service and experiences to everyone I work with; to ensure clarity and transparency.
Please read the following policies before booking an appointment.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
REFUNDS
All treatments, readings, sessions, workshops, and gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Please ensure you have read the service description fully before booking. If you have any questions, get in touch prior to securing your appointment.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit or full payment may be forfeited.
LATENESS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
NO SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of the session and any payments made.
EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions may be made in rare circumstances at my discretion, I will always try to be as fair as possible.
