ABOUT ME

I didn’t come to spirituality through curiosity alone, but through the need for transformation.

Through facing my shadows and learning to listen to the quiet voice within, I began to reconnect with something far older and more honest than the noise of the outside world.

What began as a personal journey turned out to be my calling. Heart Medicine was born through my own experiences of healing, loss, reconnection, and learning to navigate life’s thresholds.

Along the way, I didn’t follow just one path.

I am, and continue to be, a student of the old ways - learning from a wide range of traditions, teachings and symbolic systems. I’ve explored different healing modalities - training in some and holding deep respect for others.

I lived in a Buddhist meditation centre for half a year, walked the Camino de Santiago as a pilgrim for a month, sat in retreat and medicine spaces, and spent extended time alone in the mountains on Shamanic vision quests.

Each experience deepened my understanding, but always brought me back to the same truth:

The answers are not outside of us, they live within - in the body, in the heart, in the places most would rather avoid.

The work is in learning how to listen.

These experiences gave structure to something that had always been present - my intuitive connection to energy, symbolism and the unseen currents that move through our lives.

Over time, this work has also deepened my relationship with grief, death, dying, and the profound thresholds we move through as human beings.

For me, this is not separate from the rest if my work. It is part of the same path:
learning how to meet life, loss, change, uncertainty, and transformation more consciously.

To sit with what is uncomfortable.
To honour what is ending.
And to remember what truly matters.
