ABOUT ME
I learnt, after years of trying to make myself whole through everything outside of me, that it’s an inside job. No one was coming to save me.
There was a time in my life where I felt completely disconnected from who I was. I moved through patterns of self-sabotage, numbing, seeking validation and ways of coping that only pulled me further away from myself.
Eventually, that way of living caught up with me and I was faced with the reality that something had to change.
That’s where the real work began - facing addictions, trauma, and the parts of myself that desperately needing holding. I had spent most of my life feeling like an outsider - wanting to be accepted and loved, whilst feeling misunderstood and disconnected.
Everything came to a head around my first Saturn return, where I was faced with a clear choice: continue down the same path of self-destruction, or make a change.
I chose change.
That turning point led me into deep healing, shadow work and spiritual practice - and it is through my lived experience that ‘Heart Medicine’ was born.
True healing begins when you are willing to look into the places you have avoided, reclaim the parts of yourself you have hidden, and begin to walk your life with intention.
I’m Charlie - intuitive healer, tarot reader,
ritual practitioner & spiritual mentor.
I support people who feel called to go deeper - into their healing, their spirituality, and their own inner truth.
Each of my offerings is simply a doorway, a way to help you reconnect with your own wisdom. Because ultimately, you hold the key to your own power and this work is about clearing away what has kept it buried.
Like many who walk this path, my work was born through my own healing.
I didn’t come to spirituality through curiosity alone, but through the need for transformation.
Through facing my shadows and learning to listen to the quiet voice within, I began to reconnect with something far older and more honest than the noise of the outside world.
What began as a personal journey turned out to be my calling.
Along the way, I didn’t follow just one path.
I am, and continue to be, a student of the old ways - learning from a wide range of traditions, teachings and symbolic systems. I’ve explored different healing modalities - training in some and holding deep respect for others.
I lived in a Buddhist meditation centre for half a year, walked the Camino de Santiago as a pilgrim for a month, sat in retreat and medicine spaces, and spent extended time alone in the mountains on Shamanic vision quests.
Each experience deepened my understanding, but bought me back to the same truth:
The answers are not outside of you. They live within you - in the body, in the heart, in the places most people avoid.
The work is learning how to listen.
These experiences gave structure to something that had always been present - my intuitive connection to energy, symbolism and the unseen currents that move through our lives.
The Way I Work
My role is to hold a grounded, honest and supportive space where you can reconnect with your own inner authority.
This work looks different for everyone. I offer different ways of working so you can be supported in a way that meets you where you are.
This work can be gentle.
It can also be confronting.
Because real transformation asks you to move beyond comfort and into truth.
