Saturn - father time, the lord of karma, the grim reaper; instigating life's hard lessons, this planet of tough love doesn’t fuck around. He teaches through trials, no sugarcoating or sparing feelings; this disciplinarian will make you dig deep into your reserves of inner strength. His presence reminds us of the restrictions of matter and time, your wake-up call to get serious and start laying the foundations. Bitch, he will most definitely kill your vibe, but ultimately you will benefit from this stern and conservative taskmaster; he’s a teacher, not a torturer after all.

Saturdays are ruled by Saturn. With Capricorn energy pushing us to aim for greater heights, it is a day where hard work and discipline will serve best; dedication is required to succeed in our goals. We reap what we sow, and in facing our fears we can turn our limitations into our greatest strengths. Call on courage though and go gently on this voyage, tender spots of inadequacy and insecurity are highlighted here. Willpower, commitment, boundaries and perseverance take centre stage, for it is in our ability to prioritise practically that we can master our fate. Saturn forces growth, his influence is where you look back and say “It sucked, but it got me to where I am today”.
