REFUND, CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY

Please be aware that adherence to these policies ensures fair treatment to both parties. REFUND

All treatments and gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.

I offer extensive information on my website about my services, and encourage you to read through everything and choose your treatments mindfully.
You can always pop me a message with any Q’s, I will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION

Please give as much notice as possible if you are going to cancel an appointment, but a minimum of 48 hours' is required.

Failure to provide the minimum 48 hours' notice for cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.

RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 48 hours' notice at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur a fee or result in the forfeiture of the session, depending on the circumstances.

LATENESS

I kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure the full duration of their chosen treatment.

In the event of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other scheduled clients.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the session may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.

NO SHOWS

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.

EXCEPTIONS

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
