If you happen to bleed around the full moon like me, here is a simple ritual you can do.

Honour the natural release your body is giving you with the release that comes with a full moon. Magick doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful.

I use a toxic free menstrual cup, which makes collecting my bleed super easy - if don’t use one already consider making the switch. Most tampons are full of toxins; making them hella bad for your vagina, and the environment doesn’t appreciate them much either.
