INTUITIVE ENERGY HEALING SESSION, WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
Well, you get to lie there in a bundle of blankets and tune out of the world for 45 minutes or so - yay for you. Meanwhile, I move my hands above your body, shifting and balancing the flow of energy in your auric field.
This may appear weird and seemingly at random, but the actions and gestures are intuitive and all serve a purpose. By tapping into my inner guidance, it enables me to understand how to manipulate the energy that may be draining or overwhelming you; I can then remove it and cleanse the area (the most satisfying part of the witch work).
I am gifted with imagery, words and sometimes song, this is spirit’s way of communicating with me; painting the scene in my mind’s eye to give me an awareness of what is occurring in your energy field. On this occasion, it was honey, burnt toast and the bare necessities.
My sessions are reiki-based, which simply put means I work as a conduit for universal life force energy to run through me to achieve serenity and restore equilibrium for you. I also use the vibrational medicine that crystals offer to facilitate healing.
