The moon in the night sky illuminates the path ahead, if you were to leave in the dead of night hoping to go unnoticed, her divine feminine rays will catch you out. There is no escapism or avoidance here, you can walk away but your aimless drifting will soon be seen. Travelling against the tide of your repressed emotional landscape, you wander further away from the doorway to what will bring you true contentment and joy.

When we are fearful of looking into the mirrors life presents, we evade the opportunity for growth that Spirit offers. The work presented to us may feel too overwhelming to contend with, but you are doing yourself a disservice by attempting to bypass it. You are only dragging out the inevitable, as the same reflections will continue to land in your lap until you pay attention and take action. 

Mirror work takes us right back to the foundations. The realisation that you need to let go of so much in order to rebuild yourself in light can be tough, it is hard to tear down reality as you know it. With so much love and tenderness I say this, do the work required; emotional fulfilment and wholeness awaits you on the other side.
