I offer Reiki, energy healing and holistic wellbeing sessions that create space for rest, relaxation and nervous system reset, whether as a part of one-off wellbeing days or ongoing support for staff and teams.

My approach is calm, accessible and suitable for people who are completely new to holistic wellbeing practices.

Supporting wellbeing within workplaces, educational institutions and organisations through grounded holistic practices designed to help individuals feel calmer, more balanced and better supported in the demands of modern life.

Why Wellbeing Matters:

Modern life can be fast paced, mentally demanding and emotionally draining, both personally and professionally. Many people spend much of their time constantly switched on, overstimulated or carrying stress without taking time to properly pause and reset.

Holistic wellbeing sessions are not intended to replace medical or mental health support, but can work alongside wider wellbeing initiatives by offering restorative space for relaxation, grounding and emotional reset.

My Background:

Before stepping into this work professionally, I spent many years working within office-based environments and experienced burnout firsthand, eventually being signed off sick due to stress and exhaustion.

That experience became the turning point that led me to prioritise my wellbeing and explore practices that supported balance, regulation and recovery in everyday life.

Although my business is spiritually led in many ways, I understand personally the importance of accessible wellbeing support within professional environments, and the value of creating spaces where people feel able to pause, breathe and reenergise.

I am also trained in counselling skills, which further supports my holistic and person-centred approach to wellbeing work.

What Happens During a Session

Sessions are designed to feel calm, gentle and welcoming, including for those who are new to wellbeing practices.

  • Sessions are carried out fully clothed in a quiet and comfortable environment, creating space for relaxation, rest and reset.

    Reiki energy healing is typically offered through gentle placement of the hands around the head and ankles, although sessions can also be completely hands off if preferred.

    I can provide all equipment required, including a massage table, though sessions can also be carried out comfortably whilst seated in a chair if more suitable for the environment.

    Sessions may also include optional crystal support, grounding techniques or guided relaxation depending on the needs of the individual or setting, or desires of the company.

    Sessions may include guided meditation, relaxation practices or grounding exercises designed to support calm, focus and balance within a group setting.
