When we honestly look at what our pain is revealing, we can take that wisdom and allow it to change the way we choose to love and relate going forwards.
Look at the heartache, and you'll begin to see the depth of meaning within it, and how much wisdom can be gathered from the experience. By understanding this, you release the swords from your heart, allowing the wounds to start healing.
